LO1: Actor Release and Consent Forms

We had no need for this form due to the locations we are filming at being public. If the location was private or owned, we would have needed to seek permission from the owner.

For our short film, most locations are external and are in public, so we don't really need a set except for one location, which is the main character's bedroom, we may have to move things around in that room to make it look like the way we want.
