LO1: Treatment (Own Idea)

Title: A Bullied Hour

Genre: Sci-Fi, Time Travel/Alternate Timeline

Narrative: A teenager finds a mysterious device that allows him to time travel, he uses this as an advantage against the bullies that torment him every day by knowing what they’ll do. But with these changes, the outcomes change too and maybe not for the better.

Synopsis: One day, a teen goes to school, unfortunately three bullies are in his way to class and as he tries to ignore them, they torment him and soon follow him outside after school into a back alley and beat him up. He soon wakes up in the same place with sore bruises and a bleeding nose, he walks home semi-conscious and in the middle of the pathway there's a mysterious object that catches his eye. He fiddles with the object and out of nowhere he is suddenly standing at his front door at the start of the day, this time the day goes differently as the protagonist avoids the bullies, but in this timeline they beat up someone else, the victim in this timeline ends up killing one of the bullies. The teen hears of this and rewinds time again, this time the teen encounters bullies and tells them to back off and stands up for himself, they say they'll fight him at the local playing field, when they fight the teen scares of the bullies with a group of victims, who are also standing up for themselves, group up against them. The time traveller owner appears wanting his device back and then goes away.

Characters: The protagonist is named Harry Lawrence; he is your typical teenager (17) who loves video games and does very well in his lessons. The 3 bullies/Antagonist are named Sam Stevens, Adam Matthews and Billy Smith, the brains and leader of the group is Sam Stevens, the brawl on the other hand is both Adam Mathews and Billy Smith. Finally, the last character is the Lost Time Traveller and is the one looking for his device and tries to help sort out the mess created by the protagonist.

Crew:

• The actors, who will act in the film; The actor who plays Harry Lawrence will be an average sized 17 year old. The bullies leader, Sam will be a bit taller than the other two bullies, but is more slim, these two will look more tougher in build but aren't like muscly. The actor playing the time traveller will be a much older male, around the age of 30 to 40.
• Director, who will direct the scenes.
• Camera and lighting person, will work with the camera shots and movement, may also work with the lighting too.
• Soundman, will work the microphone and sound quality when filming.
• Make-up and costume, works with the way someone looks if they have to look a particular way in a shot.
• Editor, they organise the footage in the order it needs to be, normally following the storyboard.
• Visual effects editor, they make and add visual effects to the film, if it's necessary.
• Sound and Music editor, they edit the sound so it's suitable for the film and fit's in properly. 
• Propmaster, this person will create the prop (e.g. The time travel device) and also make sure all the props are provided for the filming.

• Props - The time travel device
• The tripod and track - Gives more stable shots / More mobile and stable.
• SD Card - To store your footage and projects on.
• iMac - Use for Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition and Photoshop.

• UTC Sheffield - Educational establishment, will work for the school setting.
• Shirtcliff Brooke Field - The field will work for the face off of the bully and protagonist.
